Mary Oliveira Joins Color & Culture as COO


Color & Culture announces the hire of Mary Oliveira as its Chief Operations Officer.

HARRISBURG – Effective November 1, 2022, Mary Oliveira will join the newly formed entity of Color & Culture as its Chief Operations Officer. Oliveira, formerly the Vice President of Member Growth and Strategy for the PA Chamber of Business and Industry, brings vast experience in business operations, strategic planning and partnerships, change management, and organizational development.

Earlier this month, the Harrisburg-based firms of Latino Connection and PPO&S Integrated Marketing Communications announced its merger under the corporate name of Color & Culture, Inc. This union combines 40 years of marketing and advertising experience with transformative energy and innovation to reach the multicultural marketplace.

Oliveira joins George Fernandez (President & CEO) and Virginia Roth (Chief Brand & Strategy Officer) of Color & Culture along with the combined firms’ 30 marketing, communications, and mission-driven professionals. Under their leadership, Color & Culture aims to establish a new standard for cultural intelligence, powered by vast expertise and dynamic relationships.

Prior to her tenure at the PA Chamber, Oliveira served as Senior Business Development Manager at PSECU for 11 years. She is a graduate of American University with degrees in International Relations and Communications. She earned her Master of Science in Organizational Development and Leadership from Shippensburg University and is licensed by the Allstate Foundation in Nonprofit Leadership Management.  Oliveira is a graduate of Leadership Harrisburg Area’s Community Leadership Series (2014) and is actively involved in the community with various organizations and missions.
