A panel of industry judges reviewed nearly 2,000 submissions to select and recognize the most powerful and creative work.
Latino Connection has been recognized with seven awards at the 2023 Annual Davey Awards. These recognitions showcase their cause-marketing initiatives as well as commitment to excellence and innovation in the industry.
The Davey Award-winning entries for 2023 highlight Latino Connection’s dedication to creating impactful campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Among the accolades received, the agency was honored with the Gold Award in the Branded Digital Campaigns-Health & Wellness category for their groundbreaking “Rise Above” campaign. This youth empowerment initiative, developed in collaboration with the City of York, promoted positive decision-making and fostering community connections.
Latino Connection also received the Silver Award in six other categories, including: Social Campaigns & Series-Health & Wellness for the “#ItsWorthaShot” campaign; Virtual & Immersive Experiences for “Hand Across Reading;” and the Virtual & Immersive Experiences-Live Experiences category for the Latino Health Summit. Also, Latino Connection’s Mobile Outreach Campaign and Illustrations for Public Health Campaigns were honored in the Integrated Campaign Community Engagement and Individual Achievement categories, respectively.
Additionally, “VIBRÓ Displays” received an award for the category of Branded Digital Campaigns – Diversity, Equity & Inclusion, showcasing the work for Highmark Blue Shield, Aetna Better Health® Kids, A CHIP Health Plan, Health Promotion Council, and Berks Community Health Center.
