Mission:
To strengthen marginalized communities and their economic stability by connecting these communities to needed resources while nurturing the development of future Latino leaders.
Vision:
To achieve robust representation of Latino leaders in the fields of service most important to their communities, including housing, public health (including addressing access and health inequities), health literacy and education, and financial literacy and economic stability.
