Social Determinants of Health

We understand that health and wellness is the beginning and end of life and is seen throughout every point in our lives. While health should be equally accessible to all humans, one’s environmental and social factors affect the healthcare and resources they can access and the quality in which they receive it. Our programs and initiatives reflect our dedication and commitment to bridging the gap and working cohesively with brands that are addressing the five areas of social determinants of health head-on.

We understand that health and wellness is the beginning and end of life and is seen throughout every point in our lives. While health should be equally accessible to all humans, one’s environmental and social factors affect the healthcare and resources they can access and the quality in which they receive it. Many times these factors will dictate how a person will maneuver life and as a result may also put them in disadvantaged situations, directly impacting their wellbeing and that of their families.

Our programs and initiatives reflect our dedication and commitment to bridging the gap and working cohesively with brands that are addressing the 5 areas of social determinants of health head-on.
